Question 1

Can Just Ice deploy engineering teams to countries not listed in your current portfolio?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While our active footprint heavily covers Europe, the Balkans, North Africa, and Central Asia, our logistical and engineering infrastructure is fully built for global deployment. We possess the certifications, international mobility, and supply chain network required to engineer and install premium ice rinks in any country worldwide.

Question 2

How do you handle local government permits and technical compliance for municipal projects?

Accepted Answer

Having successfully delivered dozens of metropolitan and municipal projects over the past 20 years, we are highly experienced in public sector requirements. We provide comprehensive technical blueprints, structural safety calculations, and international conformity certificates required by local authorities, ensuring a seamless and fully compliant bureaucratic approval process.

Question 3

Are the commercial malls and festivals listed in your portfolio permanent sales or temporary rentals?

Accepted Answer

Our portfolio consists of a balanced mix of both business models. For instance, projects like sports complexes and major shopping malls often opt for our permanent turnkey manufacturing solutions. On the other hand, winter festivals, short-term school breaks, and corporate roadshows utilize our high-efficiency mobile rental fleet, which we install and dismantle rapidly.
